The Solution

Labyrinth had to start from scratch – historically, REP Fitness relied on organic methods and Amazon advertising, and they stopped using email marketing after having issues with deliverability. We used a competitive analysis, an audience analysis, and a marketing & analytics audit to inform the development of a long-term, cross-channel digital marketing roadmap focused on the most effective digital marketing methods.

Labyrinth helped REP diversify its marketing efforts: we reduced its reliance on the Amazon Marketplace, set up paid social and paid search marketing campaigns, and designed transactional email marketing communications. To consistently track KPIs, we developed a measurement framework and custom-built an omni-channel dashboard. Monthly reports and action-driven quarterly business reviews instilled a new data-driven philosophy in the organization.
