MEGAN BORTNER
Founder and Marketing Strategist
Megan founded Labyrinth Digital to use her experience to help scaling businesses achieve their vision.
Stemming from years of strategy & technology consulting, Megan starts every engagement by understanding her clients’ goals and learning their businesses. She uses her knowledge of how the biggest brands use data and technology to build high-performing marketing programs for scaling businesses.
Megan loves the chance to do hands-on work designing marketing plans and executing on those plans. She takes pride when her clients grow because it allows them to make larger impacts within their communities
Originally from Indiana, Megan followed her adventurous spirit to Colorado in 2014 and has since embraced everything from the strong outdoor culture to the welcoming community and the beautiful landscape. Whenever she takes a break from running the show, you can find her hiking, trail running or snowboarding in the Colorado mountains. She is also active in the Denver community where she helps the refugee community assimilate and mentors aspiring entrepreneurs.
Nina Vecchi
Graphic Designer
Nina is a dynamic graphic designer and digital marketer at Labyrinth Digital. With a keen eye for design paired with savvy marketing strategies, she crafts high-performing assets tailored for client success. When not in the digital realm, Nina can be found exploring Colorado’s majestic mountains, whether hiking, running, or capturing their breathtaking beauty through her lens.
Atlanta Bonnom
Data Scientist
Atlanta lives at the intersection of technical data science and pertinent practical solutions. She works to deliver immediately actionable insights to help clients keep up with the ever evolving digital marketing analytics realm. Outside of work Atlanta enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her nieces.
Mandy Perhay
Ad Operations Specialist
Mandy is a highly skilled Ad Operations Specialist known for building and optimizing digital ad campaigns. With a keen eye for detail and troubleshooting abilities, she ensures her clients’ ad campaigns run smoothly. Mandy is also the mom of two energetic boys and enjoys spending time with her family or reading a good book.
Milsia Makris
Graphic Designer
Milsia is a digital designer at Labyrinth Digital focused on clarity, strategy, and purposeful visual storytelling. With a background in fine art and social work, she brings a human-centered approach to brand design. Based in Bend, Oregon, she spends her time outside the studio dancing, hiking with her dog, and chasing the occasional spontaneous road trip.
LYDIA JORDEN
Pais Media Manager
Lydia blends strategic thinking with a deep understanding of digital growth to help businesses scale. With a background in paid media across ad agencies and healthcare organizations, she brings a well-rounded perspective to building thoughtful, results-driven campaigns. Lydia is passionate about creating meaningful impact for Labyrinth Digital clients and helping them grow in ways that align with their unique goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and is often found with her miniature dachshund, Daisy, by her side.
